Journalism

In 2013 I left my Deputy Editor job on a top-selling celebrity weekly after five years. I am a skilled editor and writer, with a tenacious, ‘can do’ attitude and heaps of ideas.

Recently I have written for STYLIST magazine, Emerald Street, Families, LOOK, Mother & Baby, iVillage.co.uk, OK! , Morning Calm, http://www.madeformums.com, http://www.everydayhealth.co.uk and http://www.whattoexpect.co.uk, among others. I also helped award-winning artist and photographer Alison Jackson with her opera, La Trashiata, which premiered at the Edinburgh Festival in August 2014.

Prior to working in magazines, I was Chief Reporter at the Press Association’s Premier Showbiz, where I interviewed everyone from Bruce Willis and Jack Nicholson, to Jordan, Lily Allen and Russell Brand.

I specialise in celebrity, lifestyle, travel and book features but write about all sorts of things, including diet, fashion, human interest and well-being.
